Event Title: Spring Butterflies on the High Weald
Event Description: A leisurely walk of no more than 3 miles in the High Weald. Rolf's Farm is a varied site that is managed for wildlife, including butterflies. The site is largely flat with good paths but with some undulating and rougher sections. There should be a good variety of early spring butterflies and is particularly suitable for members who may be new to butterfly watching and wish to become more familiar with some of the species of the wider countryside in peaceful surroundings.
Event Type: Walk
Event Time: 10:30 to 13:30
Target Species: A variety of early emergers hopefully including many Orange-tips with the possibility of Green Hairstreak and Dingy Skipper.
Meeting Place: By the MAYFACS shed on Merryweather Lane South, Mayfield, TN20 6RJ for a prompt 10:30 start.

Please note that this is a private lane and parking has been kindly approved by the local landowner solely for this event and is not available at any other time.
I would suggest a look at a good map before setting off to make sure you get the correct lane on the day
