| Event Description: | A walk near Loxwood in W Sussex to search for Wood Whites a species that is expanding into our county. The walk will be about 2 ½ miles at a leisurely pace on footpaths along field margins and woodland rides and tracks. There is 1 short road section. The walk is generally flat. This is a good opportunity for members to become familiar with typical Wood White habitat and to visit one of only 5 known colonies in Sussex. |
