Another two Clouded Yellows in my garden, today, making a total of 58, for this year. Folks, this has to be very close to the best-ever Clouded Yellow season, in the past few decades. In recent weeks, most of these Clouded Yellows have been British-born. Six heatwaves this year has something to do with it. Should we have a warmish autumn, I suspect we will be still recording them into mid November. PS 2-3 Clouded Yellows, is my usual annual tally. There is a bit of a difference in the numbers. Martin K
